Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In the event of high shipping times, we will let you know if there is a delay. We cannot control the shipping time if there are delays due to Covid-19.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

All orders over $40.00 are shipped free of charge for domestic orders, at this time we do not ship internationally.

Local delivery

If you would prefer to pick your order up, please email us and we will arrange for a courier to meet you with your order at a pre-determined location.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we will in the very near future

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
